Bottle Return – Here’s How It Works:

We should all be as environmentally friendly as possible. That’s why we’ve chosen to implement a bottle return system for our glass bottles. This way, we protect our environment, save resources, and together make a small contribution to a more sustainable world.

We can only consider bottle returns environmentally responsible if you return at least ten bottles. All our glass bottles of at least 30ml in size can be returned, including our white 50ml and 150ml bottles.

Once you have the required number of bottles, you can request a free return label from us. This process is easiest for us to handle if you have a customer account with us. But you can also inform us via our contact form.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a return label and send us the empty bottles. It would also be nice if the bottles are actually empty and you have at least rinsed them with water. We’ll take care of the rest.

Once your bottles have arrived with us, we will send you a coupon for five euros for your next purchase by email.

And together we’ve taken a small step towards greater sustainability.
